Alaska Education System is located in Block NT1, Dich Vong Urban Area, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. From the 2023-2024 school year, Alaska will put into use 100 classrooms and functional rooms with modern, friendly, and student-friendly designs. Here, every classroom, hallway, library corner, and schoolyard can be a space for students to learn and relax.

1. CLASSROOMS:

Each Alaska classroom has a usable area of 70 m2. The classrooms meet the correct standards, are equipped with modern equipment, meet the diverse learning needs; sufficient light, cool in summer, warm in winter.

2. LIBRARY

Attaching great importance to the reading culture and aiming to build a reading habit for students from a young age, Alaska has dedicated 500m2 to build a library with many lovely designed corners for students to comfortably sit and read and relax. The library will regularly have more than 10,000 books (English and Vietnamese) for students to choose from.

 

3. SPORTS AREA:

With the idea that students who are exposed to and practice sports from a young age will develop their physical and mental strength best, Alaska has dedicated over 3,000m2 of land to invest in building:

  • 2 standard Fiba outdoor basketball courts: The court is rectangular with a length of 28m, a width of 15m, and has an intelligent roof system
  • 1 Taekwondo martial arts floor meeting Olympic standards
  • 1 1,200m2 football field
  • 1 mini football field
  • Indoor and outdoor playgrounds

 

4. MULTIPURPOSE HALL:

Built on an area of over 400m2, the multipurpose hall is designed by Alaska with modern lighting and sound standards… This will be an ideal place for Alaska students to show their talents in school-level sports competitions.

5. MULTIPURPOSE STAGE:

Alaska’s multi-purpose stage is designed with full amenities and an area large enough to meet the requirements of organizing school events and the needs of students to perform and have fun…

6. MUSIC – ART ROOMS:

To help students feel the beauty and beauty of art, the music and art rooms of Alaska are designed separately so that students have a suitable space to serve the most effective learning and creativity of music and art subjects.

7. PHYSICS – CHEMISTRY – BIOLOGY LABORATORIES:

The three separate Physics – Chemistry – Biology laboratories with modern design will start to be used from the 2023-2024 school year. The Physics – Chemistry – Biology laboratory is invested in and built by Alaska to help teachers and students practice all experiments in the field of science easily right at school. The operation of the Physics – Chemistry – Biology Laboratory is considered an effective teaching and learning science solution. This is also a project that Alaska is preparing to welcome the first batch of Alaska’s 6th graders in the 2024-2025 school year.

8. STEM ROOM:

Designed, built and equipped with many tools and equipment to provide conditions for students to carry out experiments; support students to learn according to the STEAM education method (science-technology-engineering-art-mathematics).

9. CREATIVE STUDIO – ART STUDIO:

This is a place with a free space, suitable for creating creative art products, without limiting materials, associated with developing soft skills such as: the ability to present ideas, teamwork… Here, students are encouraged and allowed to “explode” their creativity; from there, tell stories through their own unique works of art. Not only helping students have interesting experiences at school; The creative – art studio also opens up opportunities for students to exchange, and participate in projects and art exhibitions outside.

10. DINING HALL:

The Alaska Education System has a spacious, airy kitchen and dining area with plenty of light, and handwashing sinks are installed right in the dining area. The dining room serves students 3 meals/day: breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks with ingredients that are organic food, ensuring quality and quantity, and providing adequate nutrients for students to develop comprehensively.
