🤷‍♀️Along with Dance, Taekwondo is one of the two Physical Education (PE) subjects eagerly anticipated each week by the younger preschool students (Neptune class) and older preschoolers (Jupiter class) at Alaska.
In their Taekwondo lessons, the children are not only TRAINED IN AN OLYMPIC-STANDARD DOJO but are also guided by Mr. Vu Thanh Dat—a coach who has won numerous prestigious national and international awards and has years of experience teaching martial arts to students in Hanoi.
Sharing about his class time with 3-5 year olds, which is “fun but not simple,” Coach Vu Thanh Dat stated: “The children are still very young, and their concentration is limited. So, instead of complex combat techniques, I focus on simple, fun training content that suits the child’s psychology and aims for holistic development.”
💕By introducing Taekwondo as an official PE subject starting from the 2024-2025 school year, Alaska expects that Taekwondo will not only teach self-defense but will also serve as a wonderful method for physical and mental education through MOVEMENT, DISCIPLINE, AND JOY❤️
