✏️And so, the Alaskids under the shared roof of Alaska Academy have officially stepped into the second week of the 2026 – 2027 school year.
After the very first week of being guided by their teachers to practice good routines and habits, the children have begun to be more proactive and self-disciplined in following school and classroom regulations:
🙋 The Grade 1 little ones have quickly remembered their classroom locations across the floors, learned the way to the breakfast and lunch areas, and always consciously wash their hands cleanly before and after every meal.
🙋 The older students have maintained better order when moving along the hallways. Many have proactively greeted teachers politely and loudly upon meeting them, while also raising their awareness of protecting the school’s shared property even without any reminders.
✏️Alongside practicing daily routines, the habit of “Speaking Kind Words, Behaving Civilly” is also being nurtured every day. Seeds of love are sown into the children’s souls through every kind word, sincere sharing, and the habit of knowing when to say thank you and sorry.
▶️At Alaska Academy, character education and discipline are recognized as laying the very first foundation stones for the long-term development of each student’s personality and academic capacity. Building good routines is not about restricting the children to rigid regulations, but about giving them a “compass” to manage their own lives proactively and happily.
💕The school deeply appreciates the teachers for creating lively and visual lessons, helping to convey good habits and routines to students in the most relatable, easy-to-understand, and memorable way.
We believe that the civilized routines and mindsets carefully honed during these school years will become second nature, creating a solid foundation for the children to become disciplined, resilient, and well-organized individuals starting today.❤️
