✏️“NẾP NHÀ NGÀY TẾT” (Tet Family Traditions) is an interdisciplinary project encompassing Language & EQ, Arts, and Reading Culture, specifically designed for students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 at Alaska Academy.
Taking place over two academic weeks (January 19, 2026 – January 30, 2026), the project serves as a meaningful cultural journey to welcome the Year of the Horse 2026.
Through this project, Alaskids will join hands to write, draw, tell stories, and rediscover the cultural gems and time-honored traditions that define the Vietnamese Lunar New Year.
🌱Their creative works—including red envelopes, paintings, poems, and essays—will be showcased for parents and teachers to enjoy. These pieces offer a unique “child’s-eye view” of a Tet holiday filled with WARM FAMILY BONDS, THE GENTLE SCENT OF SPRING, AND THE RICH FLAVORS OF TRADITION.
💕Let’s look forward to the wonderful and surprising messages hidden within the “NẾP NHÀ NGÀY TẾT” project by our talented Alaskids! 🌸🖌️📖
