✏️Every day, Alaskids spend nearly 10 hours — or even more — living and learning at school.
They have two meals, take a nap, study with their teachers, and play with friends from early morning until the end of the day when their parents pick them up.
Therefore, who they become and how they grow up is deeply influenced by the school environment, and by every teacher and friend they interact with daily.
✏️This is also the reason why Alaska proactively builds the “Portrait of an Alaska Student” framework with 5 foundational qualities: Healthy — Autonomous — Creative — Compassionate — Global Citizen.
Alongside this, the school constantly strives to accompany and support Alaskids in forming and strengthening 5 core values: Empathy, Resilience, Growth Mindset, Integrity, and Autonomy.
This positioning framework helps Alaskids learn to self-reflect, understand their strengths and areas for improvement, and clearly visualize the person they want to become in the future.
Combined with the school’s goal-oriented educational program, the children will continuously strive to explore, hone their skills, and improve their physical fitness to step-by-step become confident and highly creative global citizens.
💕Alaska would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the teachers who dedicated their time and passion to proactively design lively, visual, and colorful lessons during the past orientation week. Thanks to you, the “Portrait of an Alaska Student” has been beautifully sketched with bright, humanistic, and hopeful colors.
🌱There are small lessons that carry great value, just like a lighthouse guiding sailors to confidently set sail with a proactive mindset. Building the “Portrait of an Alaska Student” is exactly such a meaningful lesson — an opening lesson for the new school year, yet the ultimate destination throughout the children’s journey of growing up!
🙋Welcome to the new school year 2026-2027. May each Alaskid build the most beautiful portrait of their own! 🌱
