📌 Even though it’s still July and summer is in full swing, students from grades 1 to 5 at Alaska Academy are buzzing with excitement as they dive into the unique experience of “Autumn August.”
📌 This year, through an innovative interdisciplinary project titled “Independent Autumn – From History Pages to Notebook Pages,” Alaska is proudly integrating knowledge and skills from six beloved subjects for the first time: Art, Music, Library, Physical Education, Informatics, and Language & EQ.
📌 Over three weeks in July, our Alaskids are enthusiastically engaging in creative learning activities, including:
• Artistically expressing their nation through unique creations such as designing conical hats, crafting historical film rolls, thematic paintings, and parade models.
• Singing proud and heartfelt songs about their homeland and country.
• Participating in continuous physical activities featuring games that honor the steadfast and heroic journey of their ancestors.
• Using information technology to tell historical stories in their own imaginative ways.
• Exploring history through the “Independent Autumn Reading Corner,” filled with meaningful historical books.
• Retelling the story of the Autumn of 1945 and continuing the narrative of peace and abundant love.
💕 We sincerely thank the dedicated teachers who poured their passion into creating the “Independent Autumn – From History Pages to Notebook Pages” project. This initiative offers Alaskids a rich variety of perspectives and creative expressions about our nation’s monumental Independent Autumn.
Through these lessons, we hope to nurture the patriotism and national pride within every Alaskid, empowering them to passionately learn and contribute to building a heroic Vietnam. ❤️
