ALASKA ACADEMY: VIBRANT ENERGY AT WATER FESTIVAL 2026!

After a one-week delay due to unfavorable weather, today (August 7, 2026), WATER FESTIVAL 2026 officially took place with high spirits right in the Alaska schoolyard!

The eager anticipation was not only visible on the faces, eyes, and smiles of our Alaskids, but it exploded the moment they dived into action with 200% energy across a series of exciting game zones:

Dragon and Ocean Turtle Race

Giant Battleship & Mysterious Aquarium

Ten-League Boots & Water Trough Relay

Pearl Hunting Challenge…

Whether fast, skillful, brave, or resilient, every Alaskid found their stage to shine and gave their all alongside their teammates to claim victory.

WATER FESTIVAL 2026 was thus not only an awesome day to unwind and have fun, but also an arena for Alaskids to build courage, boost endurance, and forge unbreakable team spirit!

Heartfelt thanks to the Organizing Committee for bringing such an emotionally bursting event. Drops of sweat blending into cool water along with resounding cheers today will surely become beautiful memories, reminding our Alaskids of their vibrant childhood years under the beloved roof of Alaska Academy.
