✍️What is Letter T? How do we pronounce it “just right”? And where is it hiding in our vocabulary treasure chest?
These curious questions were answered one by one by Mr. Jordan and the teachers of Class Mercury A1 through a delightful “Finding Letter T” journey:
👀 Eyes wide open: Watching Mr. Jordan write Letter T on the board, quietly listening to him pronounce it, and getting familiar with the /t/ sound.
🚛 Hunting for Letter T in pictures: Whenever Letter T popped up in words like Truck, Tiger, Nut, or Train, the whole class cheered with pure joy!
✍️ Practicing writing Letter T just right: A proud vertical line goes first, followed gracefully by a charming horizontal line.
🎨 Colorful Play-Doh magic: Little cute fingers gently twisted and shaped bright, colorful play-doh into adorable “T t” letters.
🧩 Word-building fun: Picking individual letter blocks to form familiar words, always remembering teacher’s gentle reminder: “Don’t forget to pick words with our friend Letter T!”.
🗣️ Classroom explorers: Happily pointing to items around the classroom that contain Letter T while affectionately calling out their names.
Learning through play, playing while learning! With a lesson integrating phonics, vocabulary, and reading comprehension, our Mercury A1 toddlers aren’t just memorizing the shape of Letter T by rote. They get to hear it, touch it, pronounce it, and “discover” Letter T everywhere!
