▶️ After nearly two months of launching, the Teacher and Staff Creativity Competition for the 2024-2025 school year, themed “Creativity Fuels Innovation,” has selected 9 projects to advance to the Final Round.
At the project presentation, the organizing committee was pleasantly surprised by the ideas and meticulous preparation of each project. The content of the presentations, as well as the display models of the projects, were vibrant and colorful, showcasing the collaborative spirit and high determination of the team members.
Based on the characteristics of their work, each group developed a project that not only met the demands and requirements of their tasks but also ensured criteria for practicality, feasibility, and scalability.
Directly consulting and providing feedback to the groups, Ms. Trần Thị Thanh Vân – Principal of Alaska International Primary School and Head of the competition organizing committee, noted: The most commendable aspect is that the projects reflect the dedication and concerns of the teams regarding how to improve work processes to increase productivity while reducing labor; making it more convenient for parents and students; thereby contributing to enhancing the operational quality of the School and the System.
Steven Johnson once said, “Creativity and innovation come not just from encouraging people; they come from creating an environment where their ideas can connect.”
It is hoped that from the practical ideas of this creativity competition, the leadership of Alaska will create opportunities and conditions for teachers and staff to turn their creative ideas into reality; contributing to the improvement of Alaska’s operational processes; gradually building Alaska into a CREATIVE, HAPPY, AUTONOMOUS, and COMPASSIONATE school environment.❤️
