ALASKA ACADEMY: KICKING OFF THE TEACHER – STAFF INNOVATION CONTEST 

📍 With the theme “Creativity Fuels Innovation,” the Teacher – Staff Innovation Contest for the 2024-2025 school year has officially been launched by Alaska Academy for all teachers and staff in celebration of Vietnam Teachers’ Day on November 20 and the 70th anniversary of the Education and Training sector.

🌱 The goal of the contest “Creativity Fuels Innovation” is to create a valuable playground where creative ideas can be implemented in the activities of Alaska. Immediately after the launch, the organizing committee conducted training and guidance to help the school departments understand how to describe projects, the steps to implement them, and address any concerns about developing ideas into quality projects that meet criteria for practicality, modernity, feasibility, and scalability.

🌱 During the training session, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Van – Principal of Alaska Academy – shared: “The team of teachers and staff at Alaska is young and well-trained, so I believe the ‘potential’ of each person is still very large. By organizing this contest, Alaska aims to awaken and harness these ‘potentials’; from there, we encourage everyone to strive, explore, learn, and create new and better things to organize work in a reasonable, logical manner, optimizing effectiveness.”

🌱 In the face of the continuous development and competition in the world, every profession must confront significant challenges to survive. It is hoped that through creative contests like this, each staff member, teacher, and employee at Alaska will recognize the power of “Creative Thinking” – a valuable soft skill – allowing them to view everything from a fresh, unique perspective; contributing to a strong breakthrough for Alaska. ❤️
